Ms. Verma founded TAG Networks in May 2003. In her role as CEO, she has secured $20M from private equity investors, established exclusive content agreements with leading game suppliers and global brands, and has filed eight patents covering key proprietary technologies for delivering interactive content under the TAG brand. A strategic planner, veteran marketer and business visionary, Ms. Verma has extensive experience in the video game industry, including Midway Games, Panasonic Interactive Media, Psygnosis (a Sony Company), Atari, Capcom, Data East Europe and Data East USA.
Ms.Verma is a member of the Entrepreneurs Foundation’s CEO Council and was voted one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women In Cable Technology by CableWorld magazine in 2006. She is also a member of the Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT) “Tech It Out” mentoring programming which encourages girls to consider technical career paths. |

A technological visionary who programmed and sold his first game to Atari at the age of 17, Robert Craig founded TAG Networks with partner Sangita Verma and provided the blueprint behind the company’s patented technology. Mr. Craig has an extensive background in providing innovative technological solutions for major players in the interactive entertainment space, including Sony Computer Entertainment of America where he was part of the launch team of Sony’s PlayStation. Later, as a consultant, his clients included Sega, Nintendo, Midway Games, Panasonic Interactive Media and Psygnosis. He was essential to Midway’s incorporation of adver-gaming technology—games specifically adapted to furthering the marketing goals of advertisers. Mr. Craig also consulted for both Data East Japan and Sega Europe, providing high-level creative and technical support, and helping to develop new gaming technologies such as incorporation of full-motion video and the use of 3D technology.

Joe Burfoot currently manages developer relations for TAG Networks. He was one of the original software architects for the MCP platform on which the games run and later oversaw TAG’s internal game studio. He manages the Game Developer Kit product, performs Technical Director duties for the studio, and continues to contribute to the platform architecture.
Before joining TAG Networks, Mr. Burfoot created casual games targeted at gaming websites, set-top boxes and mobile phones for Bamium Games, a company he founded. Previously, he was an architect and software engineer for Liberate Technologies, a game programmer for Electronic Arts, and a software engineer for VPL Research. Mr. Burfoot began his career at IBM Corporation.
Mr. Burfoot is a graduate of California Institute of Technology, where he earned his degree in Engineering and Applied Science.

As Vice President of Engineering for TAG Networks, Psi Mankoski leads the company’s engineering, integration, and deployment efforts. He is responsible for managing the development of TAG Networks’ Game Server software platform and integration with cable TV and IPTV networks. Prior to joining TAG in August 2005, he was Engineering Manager and Architect at Liberate Technologies (now SeaChange International) on the DTV Navigator middleware and managed software development for Virgin Media’s ground-breaking 3-tuner HDTV PVR system, now widely deployed in the UK as the "V+" service.
Mr. Mankoski was President and Founder of TalkSoft Corporation, developing embedded speech recognition systems, and has held Senior Software Architect positions with Apple, Entropic Research Laboratory, and SRI International. At SRI, his software architecture was the foundation for Nuance Communications’ world-leading over-the-telephone speech recognition system.
Mr. Mankoski graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a BS degree in Computer Science and Engineering in 1988 and did research at the MIT Artificial Intelligence Laboratory.

As Games Studio Director, Stacy Hendrickson manages TAG Networks’ games studio, which consists of producers, programmers, artists, game designers, and testers. In her role Ms. Hendrickson provides leadership and strategic direction to the company in relation to game development production.
Ms. Hendrickson joined TAG Networks with over 16 years experience as an interactive entertainment producer. Prior to TAG, she was an executive producer at LimeLife, Inc., a mobile application company, where she was responsible for company-wide project management and scheduling for games and lifestyle applications. Before that, she was an executive producer at Atari/Infogames/Hasbro Interactive, managing game development for Hasbro Interactive’s casual games, kids and interactive play businesses.
Previously, she worked in Vancouver, BC as a producer at Radical Entertainment, in Irvine, CA as a producer for Virgin Interactive and also in Oyster Bay, NY as an associate producer at Acclaim Entertainment.
As a member of the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences, Ms. Hendrickson has been a Peer Panel Leader for Children’s, Family and Downloadable categories. Her work has been recognized by Parenting Magazine’s Annual Software of the Year Awards (2002), the National Parenting Center’s Seal of Approval (2002) and Computer Game Review’s "Golden Triad Award" (1996).

As Director of Channel Development at TAG Networks, Joshua Morris is responsible for developing and refining the Tag games-on-demand channel. This includes assessing which games and community features should be included and/or improved.
Mr. Morris joined TAG Networks with extensive experience in the game industry, including his work in computer/video games, collectible miniature games and collectible card games. Before coming to the company, he was Head of Organized Play for Sabertooth Games in Memphis, TN. In this position, he oversaw the organized play program for four games systems: Warcy, Horus Heresy, LOTR and UFS. As part of those responsibilities, he planned and executed multiple events around the world, and designed special events and alternative play formats for existing game lines.
Previously, he was Organized Play Coordinator at WizKids, LLC; Senior Designer/Producer at Taldren, Inc. and Quality Assurance Supervisor/Publisher Relations at Mplayer.com.
